Bride and Groom must be 18 years of age, and both be present and show a Photo Identification, social security card or valid passport number. To be on the safe side, please bring your birth certificate, you may be asked for a certified copy of your birth certificate. If either bride or groom have been previously married, you need to know the date of your divorce or the date of your spouse’s death. A copy of the divorce degree or death certificate and any other relevant paperwork such as change of name, widowers certificate etc is required. |

If you reside overseas you will need to obtain an Apostille (An Apostille is a certification provided under the Hague convention of 1961 for authenticating documents for use in foreign countries. It is an international certification.). Your Notary, Gabriele, will take all the necessary steps to obtain this document for you. Once you receive your Apostille at your home address you have to go to your local courthouse and have to present the Apostille, your marriage will then be legal in our country of residency.
